Magical Destinations Travel charges professional fees to cover the time, extensive research, industry expertise, and customized coordination required to design a seamless vacation tailored to your unique needs.

Please note that all professional planning fees ($50, $100, and $200) are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

This fee is completely separate from the actual cost of your travel components (such as flights, cruises, hotels, or tours). While we work diligently to secure flexible booking options with our suppliers, the cancellation policies, refunds, or credits for your actual travel bookings are strictly governed by the individual airlines, cruise lines, and tour operators. Our professional fee compensates for the planning services rendered upfront and is considered fully earned upon receipt, regardless of whether a trip is booked, modified, or canceled.
